On May 19th, 2014 we traveled to Times Square one of the most crowded places in New York. Being so crowded i ran into some very enticing individuals. There were a lot of attractions everywhere we went yesterday. On every corner it felt like someone was trying to sell me something. I saw a lot of advertisements and tourists. The style of photography i used for the day was street photography but i also took abstracts, fragments and landscapes. For the most part it was an enjoyable trip filled with a lot of things to do.
These are two of the photographs i took while at Times Square. The main point of interest in each of these photos are the tall buildings. Also a reflection of the sky on the building. This portrays just how big these buildings are. There are tall buildings on every corner and that's what i really wanted to show in photos.
After looking at photos from yesterday i felt very good about my work. I feel this way because i caught various good photos. This trip was my most successful one yet. With this trip i also feel that i am discovering my style as a photographer. I hope that for my final trip i am able to capture a striking image.
